What do I find that helps? Delete apps and don’t add new ones, get off of all social media platforms, stop sharing your life to the world, and either put your phone down or shut it off. When we get back to what was once normal these are things we don’t have to worry about anymore.
These are easy and accessible recommendations for anyone. So often we think we’ll do it all at once when we have time but then we don’t. Doing it as we go is much more realistic. “Do I really need this?” is should be something we’re constantly asking ourselves while engaging online.
The quarterly account deletion sprint is brilliant. Spreading it out prevents that overwhelm that stops most people from ever starting. I tried doing a full audit once and gave up halfway becuase it felt endless, but committing to 20 minutes every few months sounds way more doable for actually chipping away at old data exposures.

My favourite password managers are Bitwarden and 1Password. In fact I liked 1Password so much I signed up as a UK reseller.
I keep hearing about ProtonPass, and I do use some of Proton's other products. I must try it out soon.
Great tips! I need to delete old accounts myself!
