In this final part, we look at how to protect yourself today and future proof yourself from looming threats.

Protecting Yourself

There are steps you can take today to protect yourself against the risks of data broker and people search sites. Here are three:

1) Minimize PI on Social Media:

This one is the most obvious, but be cautious in what you share on social media. It can serve as the building block for gathering more information about you from people search sites.
